Are you dissatisfied with your order? We’re very sorry to hear that, and we’d love to know what we can do to make things right for you.

At Evelynandolivia, you can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it. We’ll ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 30 business days of receiving your return.

Terms and conditions:

- The product must not have been used;
- The product must be returned in its original condition;
- The product must not have been damaged by the customer;
- The package must include a tracking code;
- We must be notified of the return.

If you do not meet these conditions, we will not accept your return.

If your product arrives damaged, take a photo immediately so you have proof that the damage was not caused by you.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Contact us
If you wish to return your order, please send us an email at info@evelynandolivia.com we will then send you a return form.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the return form to the provided address. Make sure to include a Track & Trace code on the package. As the sender of the package, you are responsible, and we certainly don’t want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive a refund to your account
As soon as we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 business days.

NOTE: You are responsible for the shipping costs, unless the product is delivered damaged or defective.
