We have chosen to ship products directly from the supplier to you. This allows us to save significantly on storage, transportation, and packaging costs, enabling us to offer you the products at a fair price.

Although all import fees are paid in advance, there may be occasional instances where import fees must be paid upon delivery. Evelynandolivia is not responsible for this, and we will not cover this amount. If you send us an email, we will investigate the issue and work toward a solution that is satisfactory for both parties.

Because we ship the products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 5–15 business days for orders in Canada.

Track your order?

When you place an order with us, you’ll receive the tracking code within a few days. This code isn’t active right away because it has to go through various systems first.
